From a Pistachio Seed to Global Indulgence
Many years ago in the Avellino Valley of Southern Italy, a humble pistachio tree was planted by Nonno Salvatore. That single tree became the beginning of a family legacy devoted to flavour, craftsmanship and indulgence.
Over generations, the Salvatore family refined their love of pistachios, coffee and fine ingredients. Inspired by their land and traditions, Giuseppe “Peppe” Salvatore perfected the art of gelato making, blending Italian heritage with a passion for sharing joy through food.
Today, Peppe Pistacchio continues this tradition.
